Meagan Good was born on on August 8, 1981, was raised within Panorama City in Los Angeles by her parents Leondis Leon Good and Tyrawardlow-Doyle. Tyra worked for her as a manager in her teenage years. The actress began her career an actress when she was just four years old. In the beginning of her career, she appeared as an actor on programs on television like Doogie Howser Amen or M.D. The first film she acted in, "Friday", was made in 1995, when she turned 13. In 1997, she gained attention for her character in Eve's Bayou as Cisely Batiste an unruly teenage girl. Her first N.A.A.C.P. nomination for this film. Image Award nomination. In 2004 she appeared in D.E.B.S an action-comedy film that was nominated as Best Actress on the Black Movie Awards in 2005. In the following years she appeared in a variety of films including You Got served The Cookout Venom one missed call Waistdeep and The Love Guru. While active in 2012, she appeared on T.V. As well as in movies her roles included Mya as well as Ms. Stevens respectively in Think Like a Man with an impressive cast, and Dysfunctional Friend starring a small group. Originating from Texas Killmer was a student of Baylor University in Waco Texas which she graduated with an B.F.A. The performing arts degree was awarded in 2010. She began her acting career in the screen world with she Can Dream, a web series. Kara Killmer's career on screen began in 2010 with the pilot episode Simon Fuller's Hulu television show If I Can Dream. The Hulu series If I Can Dream is centered around the lives of a bunch of artists who reside on the streets of Hollywood California.
